The true love story within my memoirs, chapters 18 to 22 inclusive - some 1500 words give a vivid description of my first love or should I say loves. I had returned to Sydney from the war in the pacific, I was injured at the time and living ashore in Sydney while the ship I was serving on was being repaired.
