1.What would you love to be working as and why?
2.Also what is the one job that you can never see yourself doing and why?
3.What would be the most unfit occupation for you (even though you may prefer to do it)?
Here are my anwers:
1.Right now I'm an IT Consultant. If I did
anything else at all, I'd have loved being a Kindy Teacher. Why, Cos I simply adore kids, I feel the happiest when I'm with them and most kids get drawn to me quite quickly. I can make any crying kid smile and I always get compliments from people about my ease with kids. One more thing - trust me you can learn ALOT from kids. All my cousins/friends who have kids know about this natural talent in me and send their kids to my place often - not cos they can't lookafter them, but apparently the kids always ask if they can visit Keshi...isnt that cute!
2.If there's any job that I can't see myself doing at all, then it has to be an Executioner's job. Yes I can do any other job in the world given the need arises but not this one, no ways! I'm sorry if any executioner is reading my blog right now hehe, but I just can't imagine waking up and thinking 'hmm what's my agenda for today..oh yeah I gotta hang that guy at 7am and then have lunch later on and collect my pay for the deed'. How can anyone go home with all of that at the end of a working day?? It's so very hard to even begin to understand that kinda job!
3.The most unfit (but have a desire for) occupation for me would be of a Nun, lol! I mean with all my impatience, love for rich food, rock music, halter-necks, sexy shoes and with a Phd in Flirting and that hyper blood running through my veins, I can never be a nun - I can't imagine myself all covered anyways! When I was
little, once I told my mum that I wanted to be a nun and she told me that the Convent might turn into a rock concert then (imagine nuns in their long gowns rocking to 'Sweet Child O Mine'?). But I always wanted to feel that peace, grace and the immense love those nuns portrayed. I always wondered what it would be like to be one of them, away from the madding crowd. But now I realise my mum was right. I'm not Nun material at all - not for more than a day maybe and that too only if Adam Garcia was a priest nearby ;-). My sincere apologies to any nuns who might be reading this - you see, now arent you glad I'm nowhere near you?

I can never see myself doing a job of an accountant or anything related to accounts. I m not good with numbers and calculations.

1) A professor :). My teaching skills r v gud, most ppl say (even my mom). V.Gud at selling an idea that I buy ;). Besides u get funded for doing something of interest to you ;), in comparison with the industry where u do what the company wants (there are no likes there).
In fact things related with arts like - carpentary, painting (walls n furniture), model making (sculpting if u'd call that :D). These I can do with a panache ;).
2) Accouting / Inventory ... anything to do with taking stock :D. I hate em downright >:P. For that matter any menial job, where thinking is *prohibited* (and yes there are such jobs). Tho thats the best way to discover one's self. Guess thats a whole lot'a stuff out there #-o.
3) I dun think such a thing exists in my case. I consider myself fit for anything I prefer to do. Otherwise I dont.

1. What would you love to be working as and why?
A:The photographer who took the picture of that "nun." No, I'd want to be a biologist of some sort because I love animals and know a lot about them.
2. What is the one job you could never see yourself doing?
A: Being the president of the United States and, like Dubya, having the entire World Wide Web filled with stupid pictures of me and jokes about me. But also because I'd restrict their "right to bear arms" laws and introduce a medicare plan, so would probably be assassinated.
3. What would be the most unfit job for me, even if I wanted to do it?
A: I'd probably like to secretly be a psychologist or therapist but I'd probably get too personally involved with people to remain objective and helpful.

Since i am not yet working now, i really dutn know how to ans... I am studying wat i have dreamt to study. And i have no regrets abt it. Given a chance by my parents, I would have loved to do a media and jounalism course.

Hm... u got me thinkin into this one... Being a lawyer or an economist is something i cant imagine myself in... i have had no passion for it, neither am i good at it... I find it really difficult to express my arguments.. so its ruled out...

A DJ or a VJ!!! That's so much fun u know... Regd my choices...
1. I wud love to be a TV show anchor / hostess. I actually used to be one right after I finished my college but then decided against it due to my profession. I just love doing so. Anycase right now I do host a lot of cultural programs here by being the Director of Ceremonies.
2. I can never be a butcher! I am quite averse to seeing animals being slaughtered. Gosh it sends shivers down my spine! Maybe thats y I'm a veggie.

well keshigirl great, ur into IT 2, well I'm into marketing, I really love my job b/c I love meeting pple, but there was a time I thot I could be a teacher, because like u, I just love kids too and they love me, infact all the kids in church r my friends, so I got this certificate in education, but hm when I went 4 my teaching practice, it was just another thing, men, I was coming home with a haedache every day from shouting, and to top it all I have this small voice which made matters worse b/c I had to scream at the top of my lungs, well after that I gaveup, not my fault or is it but I still love kids and every opportuinity I hv to be around them, I cherish. ha, story of my life.

hi keshi, reading ur articles after long, honestly missed them , more so, as I am in a new city with new work, new culture and helplessly without continous connection to the outer world. didnt read ur previous articles, but found this one relevant to my life now.
now I am working as an IT consultant without ever studied IT. I am in business solution but unfortunately going under basic software training and I am not enjoying it, huhuhuh.
I want to be a film maker and will defintately be one day, even If I need to shell out all the money I have earned.
I hate any job which doesnt give me travel options . I dont want to sit on desk always . right now I am doing that . but , maybe, I wont be doing that after some time, hope so.
God , please make me travel all my life to places, meeting new people, living new lives but never be away from old friends.

I m going read medicine in university soon. i enjoy this profession whole hearthy. One day, i hope that i could work for UNESCO as child care doctor. But i would have work hard for it. Sometimes, talking about future scares me a great deal.

Well, a gangster maybe.... i don t get with women nowadays, most prefer dudes who are rugged looking, unshaven----simplified, gangsta looka like and using profane language everytime you near 'em. It appeals to "them" that it is a cool act. What happened to those clean shaven guys, oh lord...hehe

I was off to sydney (UNSW) to pursue a degree in environmental engineering...i changed my mind later. I liked Maths to a great extend, but no, engineering is never been my keen interest.

anyway i would not mind being a historian. i love history, i have tons of history books. and always visit all the historical sites when ever i visit some place. and i think i will be quite good when it comes to research. i probably know more about certain historical subjects even now than real historian.

any job that would make me wait on someone else personally as part of the job. a waiter for instance.

politician. would probably get the constituents alienated in a day or two. quite unable to do the small talking, acting, etc. that is required. no patience at all. and hates to compromise.

I am studying Business now. Erm... if I can choose I don wan to work as I just wanna be a nice and good housewife to my family as my dream is getting married. However, I would change my job from being in a company to a lecturer maybe.

Well, I am already a teacher (professor) and a researcher and hope to become an explorer and astronaut one day - I simply love teaching and science and exploration - so no nothing would ever make me change my career.

Sports. I love playing and watching sports, but don't think I can ever become a sports person because simply don't have the discipline - get up early, exercise, practice, etc :P:P everyday - to become one.
