btw City roads are blocked today cos of the APEC summit drama...my usual route to work has been blocked with barricades and there are loads of Police guys walking around, loud choppers trying to make us deaf, massive Police boats in the harbour etc. Never seen the city like this before! Anyways, Mr.George Bush is going to be in town soon and I hope I get to wave at him cos he's going to be staying very close to where I work! :) O the mess he creates just by one visit to Sydney! And to other news now...one of my work-mates' little 4yr old son is here in my office today...he has suddenly developed a strong liking for me and is drawing sweet pictures for me, talks to me non-stop and now he's running his fingers all over my arms and face, saying it's Antonio the ant! LOL so darn cute.

Soul Rescuer
And my dear friends, this is what I was doing in the weekend...BEACHING to the max! It was a perfect Sunday in Sydney, with loads of sunshine and plenty of LIFE in the air. Yesterday we went to beautiful La Perouse beach in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. This is what I call HEAVEN on Earth is. The playful waves, the sun-kisssed rocks, the white silky sand, blue velvet-like water, fresh air and beautiful hearts...having a good time together (scenery pics here were taken by me except for the ship one...my sis took that one..it's a cool ship or what!). The ocean is my soul rescuer...no matter what my life is like, the waves wash away all my tears...the sands as it touch my feet, cleanses my soul...the blue waters feed my hungry emotions...they all tell me that the world is still very beautiful...if you choose to look at it...look outside your four walls. Yes the ocean is my soul rescuer...what is your's?

Smart guy mainly coz he knows how to interest women in his conversation =)coz when I did something regardless of what I said, women scowled at me. Only difference is perhaps you got to entice women when you are a small kid, learn it from there. I did the mistake of starting to do this now LOL.
Guess he would grow up becomes Sydney's best flirt. Antonio the ant. Hmm.
My soul search would be a Beer LOL keep drinking and finally you slosh out and the the reality and imaginary thing crosses over and become hazy and I can safely conclude, without doubt that I found an answer then =)
On a serious note, i think I will go with Beach. The serene environ and the never ending waves, I guess nothing can beat that.

That little boy is right you know, you are lovely and you see...kids do notice when people are nice..naturally nice. And..when they are not nice, they say so..it may seem rude to others..but they just have this instinct you know.
Oh, and the ocean is something I love, we did have a boat for quite some years..always made me relaxed. The park makes me relaxed too, nature.

then we moved to juhu in mumbai
close to the beach

gives me rest from my troubled mind
La Perouse! I remember that beach!! Glad you had a fun weekend. Mine wasn't as fun -- kiddies are sick which is always a bummer. Stayed in my pjs the whole Saturday! LOL!
Oh, I forgot, my soul rescuer? The hubby and kiddies....and a really good book.

Looks like u have had a great time...I too had...I went to my Mom's native place along the borders of kerala...And a special place up there..Thats one of the best place I had ever been in...Its a small temple..simple one...atop of a cliff..the temple consists nothing but 3 huge gigantic rocks converging togetehr to giva a space inside for the God..The cliff surrounded by Green everywhere..Green is my soul rescuer..Its just an amazing place..The whole town there is a beautiful place..it was there I grew up as a child during every vacation in those days..just love that place...ITS GODS OWN COUNTRY:)
