The Sun, The Moon And Love

Petals Of Friendship
Today as the Sun was rising he had a better plan for Keshi...he was upto some special surprises and sent my way some beautiful rays of love and light. I caught the sunshine that caressed my face and I kissed the message it brought me. It told me never to make hasty decisions...it told me to give a good friend enough time and space when needed...it told me that old petals of a friendship may fall, but there's always a new bloom of that same friendship waiting to be born...it told me that the biggest test of friendship is if you can forgive each other and move on...and it all happened that way. Thanks Mr.Sunshine!

Whispers Behind The Walls
Last night as I watched outside the window and gazed into the starlit skies, the Moon whispered a little secret to me. She told me that people can say anything about me in the open, behind doors, wherever, but nothing they say make me who I am...and those who know me, know me anyways. It also told me that if something bothers me about someone else, that it's best to talk to their face directly than behind their backs. Openness is a gift...backbiting is a misery...secret slander is cheap. As I basked in the glory of the golden aura of the beautiful Miss.Moon, I realised that that's why the Sun, Moon and the Stars are so unaffected by anything else. They come out in the open...they never play mind games...they are natural, maskless, REAL and brave...they just get on with it. Thanks Miss.Moon!

Love Taking Over
Today after speaking to someone very special, I realised that nothing can hinder Miss.Love. When friends make a real connection that's so strong, the electricity flows abundantly, without any aid. And when friends put behind the ego and pride, and are willing to talk and listen to each other, the differences of opinions don't matter anymore...they just begin to see the similarites of the hearts. It just shows the strength of Miss.Love...when she takes over, nothing can get in the way of a friendship. We may not look the same, think the same things or dress the same way, but if our hearts fluently speak the language of Love, we won't be highlighting the differences...it's only the similarities that we shall seek. Thanks Miss.Love!

This song is for you my dear one, and I sing this on Karaoke too...now I'll think of you when I sing it next...I love you...I can't live without the warmth of your aura in my life. Thanks for assuring me that you're the GOLDEN girl I always thought you to be. ***Raises a toast to our Friendship***

I am not a christian in the true sense of the word

I have no religion
but I love dis song Mel and Janice sing...

What a friend we have in Jesus,
All our sins and griefs to bear!

What a privilege to carry
Everything to God in prayer!

Oh, what peace we often forfeit,
Oh, what needless pain we bear,
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in prayer!

Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged—
Take it to the Lord in prayer.

Can we find a friend so faithful,
Who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness;
Take it to the Lord in prayer.

Are we weak and heavy-laden,
Cumbered with a load of care?
Precious Savior, still our refuge—
Take it to the Lord in prayer.

Do thy friends despise, forsake thee?
Take it to the Lord in prayer!

In His arms He’ll take and shield thee,
Thou wilt find a solace there.

Blessed Savior, Thou hast promised
Thou wilt all our burdens bear;
May we ever, Lord, be bringing
All to Thee in earnest prayer.

Soon in glory bright, unclouded,
There will be no need for prayer—
Rapture, praise, and endless worship

Will be our sweet portion there.

You are right. Real Friends don't need to agree on everything. Real Friends just want to enjoy the other person as they are, for who they are.

The only thing that Real friends need to agree upon is that they want to be friends for the sake of being friends...a relationship that escapes the boundaries of explanation really..
you need to protect it when you find it..
and like real treasure, it can lay buried for years and be even more valuable when it is opened.

We all need to find a couple of Real Friends in order to really appreciate Life.
(especially getting through the tough parts)

At down today, as the sun was rising somewhere above Japan, I got out of bed and waited the first few rays to reach India.
And there they were...right on my face breaking all my emotional barriers to give me a hug.
I imagined all those close to my heart in those rays and hugged them with full of joy and great hopes for the day.
One face sparkled in those rays whom I never met and never shared too much of stuff with.
While I was wondering who she was, rays formed "Keshi" in the sky!

Love ya baby. Hugz.

P.S. -> I need to improve on my vocab quite a bit to write aesthetically like u! LOL

Hi Keshi

I was looking at the last picture, and it made think of Roy Rogers and the song, 'Happy Trails'--I think thats the title. Where that thought came from I'm not sure. I wasn't even born when the song came out--50's I think.

I think it's time to defrag my brain.

I'm off to another stupid meeting.

yes..forgiving and forgetting is the key. But it's really a very difficult thing to to do..for most ppl, ego and pride gets in the way. And if both friends r willing to let go of that ego n pride and talk things over, then it'll all be ok in the end.

Johnny wanted to have s XX with a girl in his office, but she belonged to someone else...

One day, Johnny got so frustrated that he went up to her and said, 'I'll give you a $100 if you let me screw you. But the girl said NO.

Johnny said, 'I'll be fast. I'll throw the money on the floor, you bend down, and I'll be finished by the time you pick it up. '

She thought for a moment and said that she would have to consult her boyfriend... So she called her boyfriend and told him the story.

Her boyfriend says, 'Ask him for $200, pick up the money very fast, he won't even be able to get his pants down.'

So she agrees and accepts the proposal. Half an hour goes by, and the boyfriend is waiting for his girlfriend to call.

Finally, after 45 minutes, the boyfriend calls and asks what happened.

She responded, 'The b @ stard used coins!'

Management lesson:

Always consider a business proposal in its entirety before agreeing to it and getting screwed!

Jim said...

Do what you love, love what you do. If you can’t love what you are doing at least, do it with love.

It’s February. We’ve had a month to live up to our New Year’s resolutions. Many of them have already been forgotten or deliberately set aside. One of the biggest reasons we don’t stick to our resolutions is that they are not attached to a purpose. Even with purpose, we don’t always get where we set out to go.

If, however, we can be passionate about it, love what we are doing and do it with love, we have a greater chance of success.

If we see what we are doing as difficult, a chore or unpleasant in any way, we will likely find ways to simply not do it.

We have been programmed since childhood to believe that work was not fun. School was the work we did to prepare us to be successful working adults. Our success was based on how “hard” we worked. The things we “should” do or “need” to do, must be work and not “fun.” Our lives became more about growing up, getting a job, paying bills and being “successful” than about choosing to enjoy life.

We wouldn’t choose to live out our lives in a relationship devoid of love, so why do we set ourselves up to accomplish things that hold no passion, joy or excitement for us? We’re grown up now, and can make our own choices about what we do and how and why we do it.

Old habits die hard. We need to deal with the many years of being programmed to work “hard.”, but we can choose to find something to love, even about the things we simply have to do.

Losing weight, as many of us have discovered at one time or another, is not really fun. If you remember you love the way you look in your favorite skinny jeans, it’s a lot easier to turn down a second helping of mashed potatoes.

Having trouble getting organized? Focus on how good it feels when you know exactly where to find things instead of all the work of sorting things out.

To do something well, to achieve the goals we set for ourselves, we must find the things we love to do. We may be good at a lot of things because we work hard, but happiness and success are not in working “hard.” They come about when we find what we love to do and do it with love.
